Once the Bride & Groom have spoken their vows and are declared man and wife, they will be asked, along with their two nominated witnesses to sign the register. This part in the proceedings can take a few minutes, even longer if is to be photographed, and may often be out of sight of the wedding guests. With this in mind, it is often appropriate for suitable signing of the register music to be played at this point.
